A super, single storey character cottage, ideal for young children and those not wishing to negotiate stairs. Enter the cottage, via the pretty enclosed garden (child friendly and dog friendly!) with dining furniture, into a large, beamed sitting room with oak floor and cosy wood burner – a great place to relax and unwind, watch TV or plan your day.

The dining area is attractively furnished with pine table and chairs, double doors lead to a spacious kitchen with character beams, fitted units and electric stove with ceramic hob and double oven – great for holiday catering and entertaining. Eastern views over the organic vegetable garden and light streaming in from the south facing velux.

From the sitting room a latch door and corridor leading to:

Very pretty double room with comfortable pine bed.
Twin aspect with plenty of space for cot or z bed
Bedroom 2
Country style, twin bedded room. Views over the terrace
Family Bath Room
Bath, Separate Shower, Basin, WC & heated towel rail. 

From the sitting room another door leads to the east-facing terrace (two steps down), with table & chairs for a sunny alfresco breakfast.
