A delightful, detached converted stone barn, with plenty of character and exposed beams. Having its own parking area adjacent underneath the wisteria clad pergola and a sun trap terrace for outdoor dining or sundowners at dusk overlooking the delightful landscaped gardens towards the river and beyond.

Enter the cottage via a large tiled entrance porch – plenty of room for outdoor gear, dogs etc – then 2 steps up into a large comfortable sitting room, a great place to relax and unwind; light the wood burner for cosy evenings in. There is an additional wooden door from here leading onto the drive (with only 2 small steps).

Off the sitting room is a fitted kitchen with generous dining area furnished with country pine table & chairs. Well equipped with everything you need to make your self-catering holiday as easy as possible.





Stairs lead from the sitting room to:
Bedroom 1
King size bed, furnished with pretty traditional pine furniture.
A lovely, airy south facing room with beautiful lofty beamed ceilings.
Very spacious with plenty of room for a cot.
Bedroom 2
Three full-size single beds
A comfortable room offering plenty of space, flexible accommodation for 3 people & room for a cot.
Separate WC & Basin

Downstairs Family Bathroom
Bath with electric shower over, basin, WC and airing cupboard.
