With its own terrace and landscaped garden area running down to the River Caen, the location and stunning views make Caen End very special. A lovely location for a fishing holiday, the coarse fishing lake is just a few steps away across the river via a footbridge. Caen End is a spacious single storey holiday home with 3 bedrooms.

Approached through the orchard from its own parking area, along a gently sloping path with shallow steps. You enter the cottage via a small porch (handy for dogs, wellies etc) and then one step up into a spacious open plan living area featuring modern fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofas looking out through the French windows across the lake to the valley beyond.

Kitchen facilities include washing machine, upright fridge-freezer, dishwasher, large fan assisted double oven & separate hob. Well-equipped with the usual generous amount of crockery and cutlery – ideal for a quick family meal or more gourmet dining.

From the living area a corridor leads to the bedrooms:
