Caen End

Caen End is a spacious single storey self-contained wing of the farmhouse. With its own terrace and landscaped garden area running down to the River Caen, the location and stunning views make this cottage special.

Approached through the orchard from its dedicated parking area, along a gently sloping path with shallow steps. You enter the cottage via a small porch (handy for dogs, wellies etc) and then one step up into a spacious open plan living area featuring modern fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofas looking out through the French windows across the lake to the valley beyond.

Kitchen facilities include washing machine, upright fridge-freezer, dishwasher, large fan assisted double oven & separate hob. Well-equipped with the usual generous amount of crockery and cutlery – ideal for a quick family meal or more gourmet dining.

From the living area a corridor leads to the bedrooms:
