This delightful 17th century stone mill house has been lovingly renovated to an extremely high standard using traditional building materials. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, ideally suited to large parties and family groups. Nestling into the slope on the south side of the Caen river valley just 100yds from Little Comfort Farm.

Glass double doors lead to an internal bridge over the mill pit to a spacious stone-walled conservatory with further table and seating.

The Mill is surrounded by a large landscaped garden bordering the river with a small pond and a spacious lawn ideal for playing, relaxing and barbeques. To the rear of the house is a private deck and seating area accessible from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.
There is ample parking & turning space.

During your stay all the amenities at Little Comfort Farm will be available to you including the opportunity to feed the animals, collect the eggs, fish in our coarse fishing lake and enjoy our delightful riverside and farm walk.
