Housekeeper
We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team and assist with changeover cleans of our luxury holiday cottages on Mondays and Fridays from March to September 2026 inclusive (potentially more long term). A rewarding position in a beautiful setting using natural cleaning materials. Must be able to work during school holidays, on Mondays and Fridays for 3-5 hours from 10am.
What will the role entail?
- Cleaning cottages and additional facilities to a very high standard expected at 5* gold level, using eco, natural and healthy cleaning products
- Assisting with in house laundry – washing and ironing
- Close communication and reporting to housekeeping supervisor

Highly Desirable
- Experience of housekeeping at 5* standard
- Previous housekeeping training qualification(s)

- Knowledge of and passion for natural/green cleaning solutions, products and tools

Hours and Pay
- To start work in March 2026
- Ability to work Mondays and Fridays for 3-5 hours each day from 10am.
- Days and duration will depend upon bookings, and we aim to publish shift rotas with at least two weeks notice. From April to September inclusive, we typically need help on every Monday and Friday.
- Shifts are available if desired from October through to February but will not be every Monday and Friday.
- Must be able to work during the school holidays.
- Weekend work is not required.
- You will initially work for Little Comfort Farm on a self employed basis.
- Pay dependant upon experience form £13.50 to £14 per hour.
