Chrysalis is Little Comfy’s Therapy Room and your little hideaway. We have superb massage therapists who are on hand to help ease away aches and pains and help you to relax. We also have an in house yoga guru, Coral who offers group and private sessions, in addition to Reiki. Look out for her highly reviewed retreat days at Little Comfy! Open to guests and non-guests.

Our studio is available for guests to hire for private use. It offers a quiet and peaceful refuge for exercise, meditation or work. The studio is £15 per hour to hire.
