How can I use my gift voucher?
Please contact us to redeem your voucher.
If the voucher you have varies from the experience you are looking to book, please contact us – we will be able to transfer the value of the voucher towards another experience.
I would like to add a personal message to my voucher
Once you have added the vouchers to your basket you can choose to write a personal message.
I would like a different voucher/value to those offered No problem! Just contact us and we can get it sorted for you.
How do I get my voucher?
Following your order, we will contact you to ask whether you would like your voucher sent via email (free) or by post (£5 or free if voucher value is over £100).
This is a last-minute present, can I get an e-voucher?
Yes, we will contact you following your order and you can arrange to have a voucher emailed to you, and to the recipient direct.
Please note that the voucher could get lost in the recipient’s spam mail so make sure to check they have received it!
I would like the recipient to receive their order on a particular day
We can email you the voucher so that you can send it on your preferred day.
Do you offer cottage stay vouchers?
We offer a range of weekend vouchers as a starting point. These really act as inspiration and the value of the voucher can be redeemed against any cottage at any time of year before the expiry date. If you would like something in particular, just contact us and we can arrange it for you.
When will my voucher expire?
Vouchers must be used within 12 months of purchase.
