What is Little Comfort Farm? Four beautifully restored holiday cottages nestled within a truly enchanting valley full of wildlife. Traditionally managed, flower rich meadows bordered by dense berry and flower filled hedgerows and ancient woodland. Next to our traditional orchard, the river feeds a secluded and peaceful course fishing lake. A luxury retreat for welly lovers, a hideaway from the hubbub, a place to back pedal, muse, wonder. Be inspired by nature, reconnect, be happy, sleep, fall in love. Turn off your phone and savour the quiet. Rise with the sun, marvel at the dawn chorus, awaken your senses and feel revived.
At Little Comfort Farm we seek to prove that it’s ok to love mud and creature comforts in equal measure. It’s not often you see the words organic, luxury and farmstay together. Is it possible? We think so – come and find out!About the farm
Our courses and workshops focus on the amazing natural landscapes and wildlife we are lucky enough to have on the farm. Whether nature is your hobby or profession, we’re likely to have something that will tickle your fancy from birdsong I.D. skills to wildlife art to professional bat surveys. If you don’t see what you’re after, get in touch!Find out more
