The spacious open plan living areas are at the heart of this lovely former Mill House, and benefit from fantastic views. This cottage was made for social gatherings with a well equipped, high quality kitchen and breakfast bar, range cooker, huge oak dining table and big comfy sofas warmed by a state of the art woodburning stove. The upper ground outside area offers a fantastic group social space. A funky covered deck area creates an additional versatile space for eating and drinking, yoga or even an outdoor massage!
Three bedrooms are ensuite and the further two bedrooms each have their own adjacent bathrooms. The ensuite downstairs bedrooms share a south facing terrace for lazy breakfasts.

All of our cottages have access to the following facilities:
- Complimentary farm experience up to 6 mornings a week – seasonal themes including animal feeding and egg collecting (typically 30 mins)
- 70 acres of organic farm, river, meadow, ancient woodland to explore (a nature trail map is provided or you can explore free range!)
