Caen Byre
Converted from a traditional Byre (cattle shed!) into a beautiful detached cottage.
A traditional, two up, two down layout with a fully enclosed south facing courtyard garden overlooking the landscaped gardens - our favourite cottage for barbeques and outdoor dining. Also our luxury dog friendly cottage. In winter, the lounge with comfy sofas and wood burning stove is particularly inviting. Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, induction hob and dining table. The king bedroom has lovely views of the river and beyond and the second bedroom has three single beds, two of which are award winning back care beds by Demko. There is a shower room upstairs and a bathroom with bath downstairs. The enclosed garden and large tiled entrance porch makes Caen Byre well suited to those with dogs, muddy children or bulky outdoor gear!
