Exclusive Use
Our four cottages sleep up to 23 plus cots in 11 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. They are all converted stone barns with outstanding eco credentials and healthy building biology principles. Reopened in Autumn 2019 following a one year extensive renovation, they offer a luxurious base to retreat to and enjoy. When booked together you will also have exclusive use of our beautiful 70 acre organic farm and wildlife trails, and for an additional fee you can also have our course fishing lake to yourselves for as long as you like.
For group gatherings, the Mill House is the hub. a spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom property that is furnished to the highest quality. With a lovely big kitchen equipped to cook for big groups with a Smeg range cooker, big fridge/freezer, pantry, 6 ring induction hob, breakfast bar and high quality cookware. The dining room next to the kitchen has a huge solid oak table with great views over the valley - perfect for big lazy breakfasts or for serving up a gourmet feast cooked by your private chef (seriously…ask us if tempted!!) Additional dining table (on request) and breakfast bar provides seating for up to 23 for those booking additional cottages, and you will find extra plates, bowls, glasses for this under the breakfast bar.
Mill House also has a fantastic enclosed outside area with another big long table for dining, Weber BBQ and a versatile decked, undercover space for eating/dancing/exercising, whatever takes your fancy!
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and all social spaces in the Mill House and our Granary cottage are wheelchair accessible. All our cottages are finished to a very high standard and include a dog friendly cottage (Caen Byre - sleeps 5) and another level access, wheelchair friendly cottage, Granary (sleeps 4) and cute and cosy Woodlark cottage (sleeps 4).

Farm Facilities
All of our cottages have access to the following facilities:
- Complimentary farm experience up to 6 mornings a week – seasonal themes including animal feeding and egg collecting (typically 30 mins)
- 70 acres of organic farm, river, meadow, ancient woodland to explore (a nature trail map is provided or you can explore free range!)
- Therapy room offering massage with organic oils and yoga (additional fees apply)
- Well established course fishing lake (additional fees apply for fishing)
